$650Stunning "Frothingham Highboy" by Statton Furniture Victorian bedroom dresser.
Sorry, the pictures don't really do this justice... This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Here's the description from Statton's website:
This magnificent bonnet-top highboy numbers among the most distinquished reproductions ever produced by Statton craftsmen. Representative of the Queen Anne style, the original dates about 1765 and is attributed to the prominent Massachusetts cabinetmaker, Major Benjamin Frothingham, who worked in Charlestown from 1756 to 1809. The unique shell and acanthus leaf motif on the carved drawer fronts, a virtual Frothingham trademark, is recreated by the nearly lost art of hand carving.
