$1900Please make me an offer (yes, I am begging now). 1996 JY14 (aka Hunter 140) My husband purchased this boat in 2009, and only sailed it a half dozen times or so, mostly on Pinecrest Lake.
The JY14 is a very solid, positive-flotation (unsinkable), comfortable day sailor. Whereas it's cousin, the JY15, is a highly athletic boat for racing, the 14 was designed for family use. You sit down in the boat rather than up on the gunwales. It can accommodate two adults, and a small child or two in moderate conditions. It is a rare design in that it is a 14' dingy with a roller furling jib. Yes, really. It's pretty cool. It has a motor mount for a small outboard, or electric motor, if someone cared to use it that way. The main and jib are in good condition, as are the rudder and spars.
You can see a video on YouTube on how to rig the boat (filmed by another owner; not me). It is found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQomx8ySwFg&t=27s
It includes a Calkins galvanized trailer which we've learned holds value and is versatile for other small powerboats, and we've covered it and stored the mast in our garage.
