If you no longer wish to receive notifications from us, you can, where applicable, change your preferences by logging into your account or by disabling notifications in your device settings. Geo-Location Information. When you use a computer or mobile device to access our Services, we may collect your precise geo-location information only if (a) “location services” for the device is enabled; and (b) the permissions on your device allow communication of this information. If you do not want us to collect your precise geo-location information, you may prohibit the sharing of this information or you can opt out of sharing this information at any time by changing the relevant preferences and permissions on your device. If you elect not to share precise geo-location information with us, you may still access our website and Services, but your ability to use certain features, like searching for items in your area, may be significantly limited. Marketing Communications. Emails and other electronic communications Close5 sends to you (including communications sent on our behalf by service providers) may contain code that enables Close5 to track your usage of the communication, including whether the communication was opened and/or what links were followed (if any). Close5 may combine this information with other information Close5 has about you and Close5 may use that information to improve our Services and/or provide customized communications to you. Keep in mind, we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Staying Signed In. In case you visit our Services from a shared device, we strongly recommend that you log off after each session. If you do not want the shared device to remember you and/or your credentials, you will need to remove cookies and/or the history of your device visits.
